Have more questions? We have answers!

Why is it important to choose Gutter Logic to install GutterDome?
If left neglected, your gutters and downspouts can become so clogged with debris that they will no longer be able to channel water away from the foundation of your home. That means cracking, leaking, and damage to the foundation may occur over time, including damage to the gutters and roof life.

When you choose Gutter Logic to install the award-winning GutterDome gutter guards, you can be certain that you’re getting top-quality workmanship, which will provide premium home protection for decades to come.

Why is it important to have the correct pitch on my gutters?
What many people don’t realize is that gutters, while they look parallel to the roofline, actually have to be sloped just slightly so water can flow down. If not, standing water will accumulate in your gutters, causing them to spill over and risk damaging your home’s foundations. They are also pretty good at attracting mosquitoes.

When you choose Gutter Logic to install your gutters, if you don’t have them already, we’ll ensure your gutters are properly sloped. From there, we’ll install Gutterdome gutter guards for additional home protection.

Do you provide financing?

Yes! We provide specials and financing options.

What does the “Dome” in GutterDome mean?
GutterDome gets its name from its multi-patented dome shape. One of the downfalls of many other micro mesh gutter guard systems is that larger debris tends to pile on top, hindering performance of the gutter and requiring manual cleaning.

The dome shape allows large debris to slide off the top of the gutter cover, leaving your system running free and clear.

Can GutterDome be installed on my current gutters?
Yes, absolutely. GutterDome has taken your convenience into consideration and designed their gutter guards to retrofit into nearly any gutter system, including aluminum, plastic, stainless steel, or vinyl in five or six inch sizes.

As long as your gutters are in good condition, Gutter Logic can install GutterDome. We’ll even clean and realign your gutters during installation.

Do you just install gutters or do I have to buy GutterDome, as well?
Although we encourage all customers to invest in gutter guard installation to protect their new gutters, it is not required. We can simply install new gutters of 5” and 6” and downspouts of all colors/custom colors. When your budget allows it down the road, we can come back to install the protection.
Are my gutter guards defective if I see icicles forming in the winter?
This is a common question we get in cold, snowy climates where we install our gutter guards. And while we understand the concern, the truth is that icicle formation on your gutter guards is a good thing!

When you have gutter guards installed, snow will sit on top of your gutter guard, rather than penetrating through, leading to the formation of icicles. However, that ice is going to melt and dissipate quicker, which means you won’t have to worry about ice thawing and refreezing in your gutters, adding additional weight.

Gutter Guard Comparisons

How does the competition measure up to GutterDome? While supposedly “low-cost” options may seem attractive at first glance, due diligence usually shows that going cheap is almost never the best option for any significant investment. In fact, these low-cost options may end up doing more harm than good in the long run.

No Gutter Guard
Gutters play a vital role in protecting the foundation of your home from water damage. However, when they get clogged with debris, they can actually do more harm than good. So while this one may seem pretty self-explanatory, that fact is most homes are still without gutter protection. That’s why we can’t emphasize enough the importance of gutter protection. The right gutter guard can give you the peace of mind that your gutters are protected from clogs.

Screen Gutter Guards
This issue with screen gutter guards is the large holes that still allow debris to enter your gutter. Worse yet, cheaply made options often get brittle and break, collapsing into your gutter and causing a whole mess of problems. On top of that, these do-it-yourself gutter guards don’t come with a strong warranty and their installation methods can often do more damage than they hope to contain.

Foam Gutter Guards
While foam gutter guards are easy to install, that’s about all the benefits you’ll receive from them. While they may fill up the space of the gutter so no debris can get in, they also make it difficult for water to pass through effectively. Worse yet, when these foam guards get saturated with water, they’ll often grow mold, mildew, and even provide an opportunity for plants to grow!

Wire Brush Gutter Guards
These DIY installation gutter guards are exactly as their name describes. They are brushes that sit inside your gutter in an attempt to keep debris out. However, the debris often gets stuck in the bristles instead! As the debris piles up, water often bypasses the gutter itself and falls to the ground beneath it, causing serious damage over time.

Micromesh Gutter Guard Competitors
While we believe micro mesh gutter guards are the best choice on the market, not every system is created equally. In fact, one of the major problems with most micro mesh gutter guards is that leaves and debris tend to get caught on the mesh. This means you still have to get on a ladder to clean them off! That sort of defeats the purpose, doesn’t it?
